Objectives

  1. Participants will gain insight into how mentorship fosters best practices in early childhood intervention,

  2. Participants will learn key strategies for maintaining professional integrity, focusing on mentorship and peer collaboration,

  3. Participants will explore practical approaches for fostering mentorship opportunities and ongoing professional development within environments that lack formal supervision or adequate resources.
